Analytics and reporting for a junk removal company
Most hauling dashboards report the wrong thing. Leads, clicks, impressions, reach. None of it pays for diesel. The number that matters is cost per booked job by channel, and almost nobody has it because calls are never tracked back to where they came from.
The fix is unglamorous. A separate tracking number for each channel: one for the Google Ads account, one on the website, one on the truck wrap if you want to know. Then every booked job gets tagged to its source. After a month you can say a search call costs $40 and books at half, so a booked job costs $80, while Meta leads cost $18 and book at a fifth, so those run $90. That is a decision you can make.
Listening beats reading. Ten call recordings a week teaches more than any report, and the same two failures usually surface: no price given on the phone, and a single-item caller told we would have to come look. Two weeks in, working means tracking is live and the first honest report is possible.
